针对梯形齿同步带及带轮的结构特点,利用UG软件建立了同步带与带轮三维实体模型,并利用Hyper Mesh进行网格划分,导入多体动力学软件RecurDyn,进行了梯形齿同步带刚柔耦合系统动力学的整体运动动态性能分析,研究同步带的初始张力、主轴转速、传动负载变化对带齿应力的影响规律,为同步带的设计、力学特性分析等提供了一种数字化仿真分析设计方法。
Aiming at the structure features of the trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt and belt pulley,the 3D solid models of synchronous belt and belt pulley are established by using UG,the mesh generation is carried out by using the Hyper Mesh and the models are imported into the multi-body dynamics RecurDyn software,the overall movement dynamic performance analysis of the coupled system dynamics of the trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt is carried out. The influence law of initial tension,spindle speed and drive load changes on the stress of the belt tooth is studied,a new digital simulation analysis method for the synchronous belt design,mechanical characteristic analysis is provided.
