目的:探讨护生实习期间护理风险状况,为护理风险理论教育及实践指导的建立提供理论依据。方法:采用自设问卷我学院2014年6月已结束为期12个月临床实习的96名本科护生和69名专科护生进行调查。结果:对护理风险知识了解情况为职业防护得分最高为(2.615±0.105)分;其次临床护理操作为(2.446±0.128)分;对医护法律知识了解程度最低为(2.321±0.175)分。本科、专科护生在实习期间风险事件发生情况只有1项差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:护理风险教育是一个系统工程,学校方面要积极开设专业特色护理风险防范教育,改变传统教育理念;医院做好实习带教学习,并且加强病房环境风险管理;此外规范患者的就医行为,引导社会舆论的正确导向,提升护生的护理服务意识与素质,只有各方努力积极构建护理职业风险意识教育体系,才能真正预防和减少临床护理风险事件的发生,有效地提高临床护理质量。
Objective:To explore the nursing students during their clinical practice,the risk status of the college nursing,provides the theory basis for the es-tablishment of nursing risk theoretical education and practical guide. Methods:Self designed questionnaire of Luzhou Medical College in June 2014 has been investigated to the end of the period of 12 months internship clinical of 96 undergraduate nursing students,69 junior college nursing students. Results:Occu-pation protection for the highe stscore (2.615±0.105),followed by clinical nursing operation (2.445±0.28).The health care law knowledge was the low-est(2.321±0.175).Conclusion:The nursing risk education is a systematic project,need schools,hospitals and the social from all walks of life to partici-pate.
