针对目前酒厂现有的酿酒工艺控制依然由人工完成、生产规模小、自动化程度低、出酒质量很难保证的现状,对酿酒的新工艺及控制需求进行分析、设计,结合LabVIEW和无线传感器网络(WSN)等现代化控制技术,提出了基于WSN的酿酒过程监测系统。系统通过无线传感器节点将采集的数据上传至基站,基站通过GPRS模块将数据发送给上位机进行处理。控制界面的设计采用组态软件LabVIEW编写控制程序,实现了酿酒数据的直观显示和统计分析。对设计的系统提出和解决了可能会遇到的问题。试验结果表明.设计的系统具有低功耗、高可靠性和稳定性等优点。
At present, existing winemaking process in winery is mainly completed manually; therefore the productive scale is small and in low automation level ; and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the wine. Aiming at this current status, new technological process of winemaking and the control requirements are analyzed and designed. Combining with LabVIEW, wireless sensor network { WSN ) , and other modem control technologies, the winemaking monitoring system based on WSN is proposed. The data acquired through wireless sensor nodes are uploaded to the base station, then the data are uploaded to host computer for processing from base station via GPRS module. In the design of control interface, the control program is written by using LabVIEW configuration software, to implement visual display and statistics analysis of winemaking data. The system designed solves the problems probably to meet, and the experimental results indicate that the system features advantages of low power consumption, high reliability and stability, etc.
