清酒发酵过程中的温度控制系统具有大时滞性,为了更好地控制发酵过程中的温度变化,提出了一种改进的方案.常规的PID控制有很大的超调量,在原有控制方案中引入动态矩阵控制算法,设计了一种新型的预测控制器,该新型控制器集合了各算法原有的优点.仿真结果表明,该控制器与常规PID算法相比能很好地适应发酵过程中温度变化的大时滞性,具有良好地跟踪性,稳定性更高,误差更小,控制效果更好.
The temperature control of sake fermentation process has a large delay. Because of the large overshoot of the general PID control algorithm,a new predietive-PID controller based on DMC has been proposed. This proposed controller takes the advantage over these two algorithms. Stimulation result indicates that the designed system has faster tracking capability and has better property compared with the normal PID control.
