通过对邯钢低碳铝镇静钢中夹杂物的形成热力学进行计算和分析,取样后经非水溶液电解法分离得到邯钢工艺过程钢中夹杂物,验证了非水电解的可行性和热力学计算的准确性,初步提出了改进邯钢精炼工艺的有效措施,并对硫化物的形成机理进行了初步分析。
By means of thermodynamics calculation and analysis for the inclusions in low carbon aluminum killed steel at Handan Steel, the inclusions were obtained by nonaqueous solution electrolysis. The feasibility of nonaqueous solution electrolysis and the veracity of thermodynamics calculation are validated and some proposals for improving the refining process at Handan Steel are offered. The generative mechanism of sulphide is also analyzed.
