提出了采用离心复合力场回收金属的新工艺,建立了废弃材料高效离心分选系统,分析了Falcon分选机的分选机理及强化回收机制。本研究引入重选评价指标对Falcon分选机的分选性能进行评价,Falcon分选-0.5mm级废弃材料时的I值为0.01,数量效率为93.17%,错配物总量为4.5%,取得了良好的分选效果。该工艺成功解决了-0.5mm级废弃材料中金属富集体回收的难题,为离心分选机的工业化生产提供了理论依据和技术支持。
Based on the density difference between the components of discarded printed circuit boards, the paper proposes a new process for recovering these metals by enhanced centrifugal field, describes the efficient centrifugal separation system and analyzes the separation mechanism and enhanced recovery system of Falcon separator. Gravity evaluaton indexes are introduced for evaluating the performance of Falcon separator. When Falcon separator was used to treat - 0.5mm discarded printed circuit boards, good results were obtained , including an imperfecton value of 0.01, quantitative efficiency of 93.17% and misplaced material content of 4.5%. This process has successfully solved the problem of recovering metal concentrates from -0. 5mm discarded printed circuit boards, providing the theoretical basis and technical support of the industrial application of centrifugal separators.
