根现废弃电路板中金属与非金属的有效分选.对后续金属产品的分离提纯至关重要。为此,采用主动脉动气流对PC主板插槽破碎为5-0.5mm粒级的产品进行分选实验.并对实验结果进行正交实验设计和分析,考察不同气流速度和脉动频率对分选效率的影响,建立了综合分选效率经验模型。实验结果表明.在气流速度为2.90m/s,脉动频率为2.33Hz时,综合分选效率可达85.43%。同时,对正交实验的错配物含量进行计算,结果表明,当气流速度从2.76m/s增大到3.04m/s.脉动频率从1.96Hz增大到2.33Hz时,重产物错配物含量从23.70%减小到12.23%.而轻产物错配物含量从2.13%增大到3.86%。
It is important for purification of metal products to separate the metal and non-metallic in discarded printed circuit boards effectively. Therefore, the separation test for 5 ~ 0.5 mm crushed product of PC motherboard slots with an active pulsing air classifier was conducted. An orthogonal test was designed and analyzed, and the influence of air velocity and pulse frequency on the separation efficiency was studied and the model of comprehensive separation efficiency was established. The experimental result indicates the separation efficiency is 85.43% when the air velocity is 2.90 m/s and the frequency of the active pulsing air is 2.33 Hz. At the same time, the misplaced material percentage of the orthogonal test was calculated. The calculation showed the misplaced material percentage of heavy products reduced from 23.70% to 12.23% and the misplaced material percentage of light products increased from 2.13% to 3.86% when the air velocity increased from 2.76 m/s to 3.04 m/s and the frequency of the active pulsing air increased from 1.96 Hz to 2.33 Hz.
