采用不同的聚醚型商业成品聚氨酯和78A、85A两种硬度的预聚体制备了八种不同软段结构和含量的聚氨酯膜,并用红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行表征。考察了ZSM-5沸石对PU膜的溶胀度及渗透汽化性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚型聚氨酯膜可以有效分离苯酚/水混合物中的苯酚,添加ZSM-5沸石后,膜的溶胀度随沸石添加量的增加先降低后升高,添加1%ZSM-5沸石的膜,分离因子和渗透通量高于纯聚氨酯膜。
Eight kinds of polyurethane membranes were prepared with different commercial polyether- based polyurethane and 78 A,85A prepolymers. The structures of these membranes were characterized by FTIR. The effects of ZSM-5 on swelling performance and pervaporation performance were investigated. The results suggested that polyether-based polyurethane had good performances in the separation of phenol-water mixture. After adding ZSM-5 zeolite,the swelling degree of membrane decreased at first and then increased,the separation factor and total flux both increased.
