采用聚醚型聚氨酯(TX180UV)和窄口径羧基化多壁长碳纳米管(XFM03)、宽口径羧基化多壁短碳纳米管(XFM36)、窄口径羟基化多壁长碳纳米管(XFM02)、窄口径羧基化多壁短碳纳米管(XFM06)四种不同的碳纳米管制备了六种不同聚氨酯膜,并进行渗透汽化测试以及用红外光谱和扫描电镜断面对其进行表征。结果表明:羧基化碳纳米管分离性能更好;短碳纳米管分离性能更好;宽口径碳纳米管分离性能更好;羧基化宽口径短碳纳米管(XFM36-PU)的分离性能最好。
Six different polyurethane films were prepared, using four kinds of carbon nanotubes, such as polyetherpolyurethane (TX18OUV) and narrow caliber carboxylated multi walled carbon nanotubes (XFM03) long, wide calibercarboxylated multi walled carbon nanotube (XFM36), narrow diameter hydroxylated multi wall length carbon nanotubes(XFM02) and narrow caliber carboxylated multi walled carbon nanotube (XFM06). The section was characterized bypervaporation test and infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the earboxylatedcarbon nanotubes, short carbon nanotubes and wide caliber carbon nanotubes had better separation performance,carboxylated wide caliber short carbon nanotube (XFM36-PU) had the best separation performance.
