采用流涎法制备了聚氟乙烯(PVF)膜及氧化石墨烯(GO)填充的PVF两种均质薄膜,并用衰减全反射红外光谱(FTIR-ATR)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分别表征了PVF及其改性膜的结构特点,热性质、结晶性、断面形貌,同时测试了两种膜对苯酚水溶液的渗透汽化分离性能.结果表明,GO可以提高PVF的耐热性,并对PVF有诱导结晶的作用;PVF及GO/PVF复合膜均可从含酚废水中优先脱除苯酚;GO能够显著提高PVF膜的渗透通量.
Polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) and graphene oxide (GO)-filled PVF membranes were prepared by salivation method.The structures,thermal and crystalline properties,cross-section morphology of the PVF and its modified membrane were characterized by FTIR-ATR,DSC,XRD,TGA and SEM.The evaporation performances were investigated in the separation of phenol/water mixture.The results showed that GO improved the thermal stability of PVF with increased crystallization.PVF and GO/PVF membranes both could separate phenol from phenol/water mixture.GO promoted the permeation flux obviously.
