Industrial layout optimization is a key issue related to regional economic, social and environmental sustainable development. This paper analyzes agricultural structure and prominent problems existed in agricultural industrialization in Nujiang. According to the regional conditions and resources of the study area, the author puts forward agricultural industrialization planning model with three major areas of ecological agriculture construction and principle of characteristic agricultural products structure optimization; And select characteristic plant industry such walnut, sumac, tsaoko, gentiana, tung tree, pericarpium zanthoxyli as main research objects which are suitable growth in the region and reach a certain scale in Nujiang. Optimal spatial layout of species is obtained by superposition analysis of impact factors using GIS.
