分析人工纳米材料潜在的环境与生态安全问题,介绍人工纳米材料在水体中的环境行为、人工纳米材料对水生生物的毒性效应的研究现状。针对当前研究的不足,提出应开展不同水动力条件下人工纳米材料环境行为和生物效应影响研究方面研究,揭示水动力作用对人工纳米材料在水体中环境行为和生物效应的影响机理,建立"水动力条件-人工纳米材料环境行为-生物毒性效应"之间的耦合关系,探寻水体中利于降低人工纳米材料生物毒性的适宜水动力条件,为河湖水体中人工纳米材料污染防治提供科学依据。
Potential environmental and ecological safety problems of manufactured nanomaterials are analyzed,and current research on environmental behaviors of manufactured nanomaterials in natural waters and their toxic effects on aquatic organisms are introduced in this paper.To overcome the shortages of current research,studies should be focused on environmental behaviors and biological effects of manufactured nanomaterials in different hydrodynamic conditions,in order to reveal the impact mechanism of hydrodynamic conditions on environmental behaviors and biological effects of manufactured nanomaterials in flowing waters.The relationships between hydrodynamic conditions,environmental behaviors of manufactured nanomaterials,and toxic effects of manufactured nanomaterials are established to investigate the suitable hydrodynamic conditions for reducing the manufactured nanomaterials' bio-toxicity in flowing waters,providing a scientific basis for pollution control of manufactured nanomaterials in rivers and lakes.
