加强科技进步和创新需要创新群体的合作与协同。通过对影响创新群体合作研发绩效的主要因素进行分析,认为创新群体内外部制度是影响其绩效的最基本因素,其他诸多因素都是建立在制度因素层面之上的。通过对创新群体利益相关方进行分析,结合制度经济学委托一代理理论对创新群体外部制度环境进行分析,并在外部制度研究的基础上,基于团队协作静态博弈模型对创新群体内部制度进行研究分析。最后选取典型创新群体,对研究结论进行实证分析和总结。
To strengthen technological progress and innovation needs cooperation and coordination of innovation groups. This paper believes that the internal and external systems of innovation groups are the basic factors to aftect the performance by analyzing the main factors of the performance of innovative collaborative R&D groups. Other factors are built on the top level of institutional factors. The paper believes that there is relationship of principal-agent under the analysis of innovative groups' stakeholder. The paper analyzed the environment of external system with the theory of principal-agent, and then analyzed the internal system. The paper studied the internal system of innovation groups based on the model of static game. Finally, the paper selected some typical innovation groups, and analyzed it with positive analysis.
