作者提出采用动态显式无网格RKPM方法和静力隐式有限元法相结合的弯曲回弹的分析方法,模拟板材的弯曲成形与卸载回弹全过程。采用RKPM模拟板料的成形过程,将成形终了的训。算结果导入到有限元分析软件进行回弹分析,并与试验结果及有限元结果进行了比较。比较结果说明:采用RKPM方法与有限元法相结合的方法得到的弯曲回弹角比单独采用有限元法得到的弯曲回弹角更接近试验回弹角。
An analysis method for bending spring-back is put forward, which combine the dynamic explicit mesh-less RKPM algorithm and the static implicit FEM analysis, for simulating the whole process of bending and spring-back of sheet metal. Specifically, the bending process of work piece is simulated first by using RKPM method, and then the results are transferred compared with those of test and sole FEM posed method is closer to test result than into implicit FEA software for spring-back analysis. Finally the result is analysis, and it is shown that the spring-back angle calculated by the prosole FEM analysis.
