针对薄壁钢管材料参数确定问题,采用有限元软件与遗传算法相结合的反求方法,确定了钢管的材料参数,并验证了这些参数。首先,建立了反求需要的计算模型,开发了参数反求程序;其次,对参数反求程序的收敛性进行了研究,结果显示该方法有较高的收敛精度;然后,建立了试验系统,通过试验获取了反求需要的材料参数;再次,根据试验测试的力与位移的关系,反求出了钢管的材料参数;最后,用一个试验实例及其仿真,验证了反求参数在工程应用中的可行性。采用该方法确定防撞杆的材料参数,对于提高汽车整体仿真精度有一定意义,该方法还可用于确定其他薄壁管材的材料参数。
A method to acquire the material parameters of thin-walled tube was suggested, which combined the FEM and genetic algorithm. First, a simulation model was built, and the program to calculate material parameters was developed. Second, the convergence of this program was studied. Third, the experimental equipment was built,and the experiment was carried out. Then using the date acquired in the experiments and the program developed, the material parameters of the tube were acquired. Forth, the parameters were verified by another experiment and simulation. Using the parameters calculated by the inverse method can improve the precision of total car simulation. Material parameters of other tubes can also be acquired by this method.
