路面积雪结冰是冬季行车安全的最大隐患,全球每年由于路面结冰所造成的直接经济损失平均达数亿元。为此,针对城市道路压实冰雪的特质特性,研发了一种凹盘破冰除雪机构,该机构同时完成切、压、掀、刮和推5项功能,并具有独立随动仿形和自激振动减阻避障能力。通过CATIA软件建立了凹盘破冰除雪机构的三维立体模型,然后运用ADAMS软件对其进行了运动学仿真分析,为道路冰雪清除技术和机具研制提供了科学的理论依据和方法。
The snow and ice on the road is the biggest hidden dangers for driving safety in winter,due to icy road caused direct economic losses of several hundred million yuan each year around the world.For characteristics of urban road compacted snow and ice,developed a type of concave disk icebreaking snow removal mechanism,the mechanism finished cutting,crushing,ruffles,crape and push five functions at one time,and with independent follow-up profiling and self-excited vibration resistance-reduction obstacle-avoidance abilities.Through the CATIA software to establish the three-dimensional model of concave disk icebreaking snow removal mechanism,then using the ADAMS software to carry on the kinematics simulation analysis,provides a scientific theory and method for road snow and ice removal technology and equipment research.
