在自行设计的轻便式铲雪机实用新型专利的基础上,对铲雪机的刀齿参数部分,利用有限元软件进行了优化仿真设计,最终得到的优化刀齿长度和刀齿角度分别为300mm和10度,这种有限元仿真优化的设计思路可以有效的应用于今后的产品研发中,以有效的降低设计开发成本和产品开发周期.
Based on the snow - ploughs design of a utility new model patent, the finite element software was used to realize the optimization simulation design of the blade parameters. It is proved that the optimal cutter tooth length and blade angle are 300 mm and 10 degrees respectively, so the finite element simulation design can be effectively applied in product research and development in the future, in order to reduce the design cost effec- tively.
