Considering nuclear motion, we deducted the Hamiltonian of heteronuclear hydrogen molecular ion HD^+ in parallel magnetic field by transforming the spherical polar coordinate and orthogonal coordinate to the ellipsoidal coordinate with special method, and constructed abiabatic Hermitian Hamiltonian.
