伊犁马肠道不同部位IgG Fc受体表达研究

本试验以2岁青年伊犁马为研究对象,采用RT-PCR方法研究马肠道中IgG Fc受体(Fc receptor,FcR)的mRNA表达规律,以便丰富马免疫机制和消化生理的相关学说和理论,达到改善马匹免疫功能、促进营养吸收、减少死亡的目的。结果表明,小肠中IgGFcR基因的相对表达量显著高于盲肠(P〈0.05);大肠中IgGFcR基因的相对表达量低于小肠,高于盲肠,差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。说明2岁青年伊犁马的FcR在肠道有表达,对于马属动物表达不仅在幼年,其免疫机理不同于人和鼠类;青年伊犁马的小肠FcR表达水平最高,其他各段依次呈递减规律,与仔猪、绵羊等家畜有相似的规律,可能说明小肠不仅是营养吸收、消化的重要器官,也是重要的免疫器官,消化道不同部位肩负着特异的生理功能。

英文摘要:

The research was designed to analyze the rule of mRNA expression of IgG Fc receptor (FcR) in intestine from Yili horse aged at two-years-old by RT-PCR method,which aimed at pro- viding data for researches on immunology mechanism and digestive physiology of equine, impro- ving immunology function of horses, enhancing of nutrients absorbing, decreasing mortality. The results showed that the expression of IgG FcR gene in small gut was significantly higher than that of cecum (P~0.05) ;it was also higher than that of large gut, its expression in large gut was higher than that of cecum(P~0.05). The expression of IgG FcR had been identified in intestine of horses at two-year-old, it was different of immunology mechanism among horses, human and rat;Moreover, the expresson of IgG FcR in small gut was the highest among intestine,its expres- sion rule was similar as other mammal animals (piggy and sheep). Above all,not only could be small gut thought as a digestive and absorption organ in nutrients,but also a important immunol- ogy organ in terms of its function,each plays special role in physiology of animal body.
