基于我国40家电子信息和机动车企业的专利数据,本文利用负二项回归模型研究了关键研发者自我中心网中知识范围、间接连接及其交互作用对自身创造力的影响。研究发现:(1)知识范围对关键研发者的创造力具有正向作用;(2)间接连接对其创造力产生负向影响;(3)知识范围对间接连接的负向作用具有调节效应,知识范围较窄和较宽时,间接连接分别对关键研发者的创造力起正向(不显著)和负向作用。本文结论对企业合理配置网络资源和激励关键研发者具有积极作用。
Based on patent data of 40 Chinese electronic information and automobile enterprises, negative binomial regression analysis reveals how knowledge scope and quantity of indirect ties within key inventors' ego network affect their creativity: knowledge scope has positive effect on creativity, while indirect ties function negatively. The results also show that knowledge scope moderates the effect of indirect ties, i.e. when narrow knowledge scope exists, the number of indirect ties is positive with creativity (not significant) , while the situation becomes inverse when knowledge scope is wide. Finally, the article, discusses and analyzes the results and provides positive implications for innovation managers to optimize configuration of network resources for key inventors.
