关键创新人才和企业家是企业依靠创新发展并获得竞争优势的关键力量。现有文献分别从各自角度展开了丰富的研究,但忽略了两者之间的关系对企业创新行为的影响。本文基于扎根理论,以两者的品德关系为切入点,基于20家电子信息企业的专利数据以及公开报道的两者品德特征数据探讨了其对企业创新行为的影响。研究发现:企业家的品德在企业创新行为中具有更重要的地位;当两者的品德特征一致时,大胆创新、敢于挑战是探索性创新行为作为主导行为的关键因素;当两者的品德特征互补时,企业家表现为对关键创新人才极为尊重,这时如果关键创新人才具有开拓创新精神,企业的探索性创新行为也会占有主导地位;但当企业家兼具‘技术狂人’的品德特征时,探索性创新行为常常难以持久,除非具备该特征的企业家能够不断开拓创新空间。
Key inventors and entrepreneurs are crucial for the enterprise to engage in the innovation and gain competitive advantage. Existing literature are abundant from different perspectives, which ignored the influence of the relationship between key inventors and entrepreneurs on enterprise innovation. From the perspective of the moral relationship between key inventors and entrepreneurs, this paper discussed how the above relationship impact enterprise innovation behaviors, using patent data and publicly reports of 20 enterprises. The results show that entrepreneur's moral character has more important status in enterprise innovation behavior. When the moral features of key inventors and entrepreneurs are consistent, the character of bold innovation and daring to challenge are the key factor for exploratory innovation behavior as the dominant behavior, and when the moral traits are complementary, exploratory innovation behavior of enterprises will be dominant only if the entrepreneurs have great respect for key inventors and key inventors have strong innovation spirit. However, when entrepreneurs are "technophiles" , exploratory innovation behavior will be non-sustainable unless these entrepreneurs can promote innovation space continuously.
