针对传统CSTR反应器存在搅拌不均匀、微生物与有机物接触不充分、顶层易结壳、能源转化效率低、搅拌装置更换频繁、维修费用高等问题,研制了一种多级气液联合搅拌新型CSTR反应器,其包括连续搅拌全混合厌氧反应器主体、文丘里管、多级外循环管路。利用文丘里管实现了气液联合搅拌的效果,用泵把发酵液吸出,再通过文丘里管将其射入,沼气在射入位置的上部形成搅拌作用,可以防止发酵液上层结壳,液体通过流出和射入的液位差形成搅拌作用,而且可以根据发酵过程的不同情况,对发酵原料进行不同形式、不同程度的搅拌。与传统的CSTR反应器进行比较,新型CSTR反应器在造价上要比传统CSTR反应器贵0.450万元,但是在年运行费用上要比传统的CSTR反应器节省0.631万元,所以新型CSTR反应器的经济效益更高。
Focuse on the pr oblems of traditional CSTR reactor such as in uneven mixing, microbes in contact with organic matter is not sufficient,the top crust is easy,low energy conversion efficiency,a stirring device change frequently and the higher maintenance costs. We developed a multi-stage gas-liquid joint stirred style CSTR anaerobic digester. The new CSTR reactor is composed of mixing continuous stirred anaerobic reactor main body,Venturi tube,multi-stage outside circle pipeline.The venturi tube plays an important role to achieve a joint gas-liquid stirring effect,using a pump to suck out the bio-slurry,and then to shot through the venturi tube,with the result of gas pluses in the upper position,it will have function of stirring so that it can prevent the upper bio-slurry from forming shell. As a result of that the liquid flowing power of the different levels between the entrance and the shooting level,an agitation is generated. Furthermore,our digester can provide many kinds of agitations according to different situations and fermentation process,to fit different fermentation raw materials in different forms and degrees. It is compared with the conventional CSTR reactors,it showed that the former costs is more than the latter, with about 4 500 RMB,but the new CSTR reactor can save 6 310 RMB in operating costs than the old ones per year,so the economical benefits of new CSTR reactor is better.
