以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)为原料,分别加入30%、40%、50%的接种物,在常温下(20~22℃)、总固体(TS)含量为6%(以30%接种量计算)的条件下进行厌氧发酵,考察接种量对紫花苜蓿发酵的日产气量、pH、产气速率的影响。结果表明,接种量为40%时的产气效果良好,总产气量为3 625 mL,比接种量为30%的试验组高8.05%,略低于接种量为50%的试验组。试验初期,pH出现一定下降,但很快又恢复至合适水平,整个阶段p H比较稳定。综合考虑,对于紫花苜蓿发酵,40%的接种量较优。
Using Medicago sativa as raw materials, the experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different inoculation amount(30%, 40%, 50%) on gas production, gas production efficiency and p H value during the process of anaerobic fermentation, under the condition of 6% mass fraction of total solid(on the basis of inoculation amount 30%), normal temperature(20 ~22 ℃). The results showed that the total gas production was high and reached 3 625 m L when inoculation amount was 40%, and it was 8.05% higher than the experimental group with inoculation amount 30%, slightly less than the experimental group with inoculation amount 50%. The p H value fluctuated in initial stage, but it returned to the appropriate levels soon, it was stable in the entire stage. Comprehensive consideration, inoculation amount 40% is much better for M. sativa.
