为探究上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器处理水葫芦汁液的原废水循环启动实验,在常温条件下,对自行设计的UASB反应器进行了相关实验。结果表明:在启动运行55 d后,进水COD为16.4 g/L,HRT为6.9 d,COD去除率达到了94%,池容产气率达到了0.93 L/(L·d),甲烷的质量分数达到了59%。因此,UASB高效厌氧反应器的原废水循环启动方式是可行的,对水葫芦汁液的降解是高效的,为以后UASB高效厌氧反应器的工程应用提供一种新的启动方式,也为水葫芦汁液的能源化利用提供了一套高效、节能的厌氧发酵装置。
In order to study start-up in circulation feed water of UASB anaerobic reactor, the anaerobic digester tests were performed at room temperature using the juice of water hyacinth as feedstock. The results showed that after running 55 d, inlet COD is 16.4 g/L and 6.9 d of HRT, the removal efficiency of COD can reach 94%, the volume biogas yield were achieved at 0.93 L/(L·d) with 59% average mass fraction of methane. Therefore, the mode of start-up in circulation feed water of UASB is practicable and the removal efficiency of UASB is high efficient, and a new starting method for application of UASB and a raising efficiency and saving energy anaerobic reactor for the anaerobic digestion of juice of water hyacinth could be provided.
