3D printing is one kind of rapid prototyping technologies and treated as one of the core technologies in the third industrial revolution. 3D printing material is the key factor of 3D printing technology development and application. By adding micro-SiO2 particles to the matrix, this paper improved dimensional stability, processability and mechanical properties of ABS resin, which made it meet demand of 3D printing domain.
