英文摘要：

Wireless Camera Sensor Networks （ WCSN ） is conposed of wireless sensors embedded with camera perception devices.The sensor can not only acquire direct objective physical quantities such as image video, but also the coordinates of target through parameters calibration to implement rapid and precise target localization.Target tracking can be applied with richer applications com-pared with traditional wireless sensor network.Based on the features of WCSN, a Moving Trend Dy-namic Clustering（ MTDC） target tracking algorithm is proposed.MTDC generates a dynamic cluster in the network, updates its cluster members according to the moving situation of the target, and e-lects the new cluster head to track the target until it gets out of the monitoring area.The simulation results show that MTDC has certain precision and better efficiency in target tracking compared to oth-er traditional algorithms.
