目的测定西南山茶叶(醇提物、乙酸乙酯萃取物),花蕾(醇提物),种子(醇提物、水提物),果皮(醇提物、水提物)各植物部位中总皂苷、总多酚(鞣质)、总黄酮的含量。方法采用UV法。结果其总皂苷、总多酚(鞣质)、总黄酮的含量依次为山茶叶醇提物33.33%、15.73%(4.48%)、10.95%;山茶叶乙酸乙酯萃取物38.69%、20.01%(8.32%)、39.38%;花蕾醇提物40.42%、22.52%(8.54%)、18.34%;种子醇提物21.40%、4.74%(0.83%)、3.82%;种子水提物1.74%、9.30%(3.06%)、0.03%;果皮醇提物11.20%、10.61%(2.82%)、11.16%;果皮水提物2.10%、7.89%(7.24%)、1.39%。结论UV法测定以上3种物质简便易行,准确可靠,重复性较理想,回收率较好。
OBJECTIVE To determine the chemical constituents of total saponin, total polyphenol (tannin) and total flavonoids in section Camellia pitardii. METHODS The contents were determined by spectrophotometry. RESULTS The contents of total saponin, total polyphenol (tannin) and total flavonoids were respectively determined as follows : extracts from alcohol of Cmellia pitardii leaves : 33.33% , 15.73% (4.48%), 10.95 % ;extracts from ethyl acetate of Cmellia pitardii leaves : 38.69% , 20.01% ( 8.32% ), 39.38 % ; extracts from alcohol of Camellia pitardii buds : 40.42 %, 22.52% ( 8.54% ), 18.34% ; extracts from alcohol of Cmellia pitardii seeds : 21.40% , 4.74% (0.83%) , 3.82% ; extracts from aqueous of Camellia pitardii seeds : 1.74% , 9.30% ( 3.06% ), 0. 03% ;extracts from alcohol of Cmellia pitardii peels: 11.20% , 10.61% (2.82%) , 11. 16% ;extracts from aqueous of Camellia pitardii peels: 2.10% ,7.89% (7.24%), 1.39%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient and reliable to determinate the three substance and the reproducibility and the recovery were well.
