目的研究南山茶叶中的化学成分。方法对南山茶叶体积分数95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物采用各种色谱法进行分离,根据波谱学数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果从南山茶叶中分离并得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、东莨菪素(6)、菌芋苷(7)、羽扇豆烷醇(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)和胡萝卜苷(10)。结论化合物1~8均为首次从南山茶叶中分离得到,其中化合物2~8为首次从山茶属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Camellia semiserrata Chi.. METHODS Chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods, identified by physiochemical and spectral analyses, compared with standard compounds. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as querceitin (1), querceitin-3-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (2), querceitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (3), kaempf-erol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (4), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), scopoletin (6), skimmin (7), lupeol (8), β- sitosterol (9), daucosterol (10). CONCLUSION Compound 1-8 were isolated from the Camellia semiserrata Chi. for the first time. Compound 2-8 were isolated from Camellia species for the first time.
