基于多轮盘转子系统的轴承负荷对扭矩扰动故障进行辨识。通过负荷传感器直接采集轴承负荷信号,结合负荷对扭矩激励的敏感度矩阵,对暂态扭矩进行辨识计算,并与扭矩传感器测得的数据结果进行对比分析。结果表明:辨识结果的误差在可接受范围之内。证明了基于轴承负荷识别暂态扭矩扰动这一方法的可行性。
Based on bearing load signals, the transient torque fault of a multisupport rotor system is identified in this paper. Bearing load signals are collected directly by the load sensors, and the bearing load sensitivity matrix based on the incentive of torque is applied. The transient torque value produced by magnetic powder brake can be i dentified with the proposed meth6d. Compared with the actual value measured by torque transducer, the identifica tion error is in the allowable range. The proposed method for identifying transient torque is feasible.
