建立了多支承转子系统的力学模型,考虑了扭矩激励及联轴器刚度对多支承转子系统的影响,利用传递矩阵法推导了转子系统各支承轴承负荷对扭矩激励的敏感性方程,求解了轴承负荷对扭矩激励的敏感度矩阵。以线性扭矩激励为例,研究了扭矩激励在多支承转子系统中的传递特性。结果表明:多支承转子系统各轴承负荷X和Y方向的变化不同;越靠近扭矩激励加载位置,轴承负荷的变化越大;在远离加载位置的支承中,部分支承变化较小,而部分支承出现突然增大现象。
A mechanical model of multi-beating rotor system was established, in which the torque excitation and coupling stiffness of the multi-bearing rotor system were considered. The sensitivity equation of bearing load of rotor system to torque excitation was derived by using the transfer matrix method, and the sensitivity matrix of the bearing load to torque excitation was solved. Taking a linear torque excitation as example, the transfer characteristics of linear torque excitation in multi-bearing rotor system was studied. The results indicated that the varieties of the bearing loads to the same torque excitation in X and Y directions were different. The change amount of the bearing load became larger when the support closes to the location of the torque excitation. The phenomenon of sudden increase of the bearing load appeared at the position away from the torque excitation.
