考虑综合故障率的线路差异化分段加强,对提高电网抗灾能力具有重要意义。采用广义极值理论对区域的历史覆冰数据建模,得到特定覆冰厚度下该区域发生冰灾的概率,结合线路承受应力时的线路模糊故障率模型,建立线路在特定覆冰条件下的综合故障率模型。利用综合故障率计算差异化"减损"效益,在此基础上建立经差异化规划经济性评估指标体系,进而确定跨越不同气象条件线路的分段加强方案。通过算例对不同线路进行差异化规划,综合比较各项经济性指标,得到线路在不同差异化加强方案下的经济性评估结果,证明了所提方法的有效性。
The scheme that lines were strengthenedsegmented in a differentiated way considering comprehensive fault rate had great significance in improving the resistance of power grid against natural disasters. The generalized theory of extreme value was introduced to model the ice history data of region, and then the probability of ice damage of the region under a given thickness of ice was obtained. Combining with the model of line fuzzy failure rate when the line was under stress, the model of line comprehensive fault rate was established under certain condition of ice. Comprehensive failure rate was used to calculate differentiated ‘impairment' benefit, on the basis of which economy evaluation indexes of differentiated planning were established. In that case, the segment strengthening scheme of lines across different meteorological conditions were determined. Different lines were made differentiated planning through the simulation example. Various economic indicators were comprehensively compared, in that case, economic assessment results of lines under different strengthening schemes were obtained, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
