英文摘要：

The principle system and requirements of differential planning are summarized in this paper. A complete method of differential planning is proposed to guide the actual implementation of differentiated planning scheme of actual power grid. The data analysis of actual power grid is made based on the principles of differentiated planning to determine the important power supply, circuit and load needed to be safeguarded. The core backbone network frame is constructed according to the demands and features of differentiated planning and as weU as its survivability index system. The line differential strengthening method based on comprehensive fault rate and economic assessment is used to determine the strengthening level of the core backbone grid. The final plan of the differentiated planning of power grid is obtained. And the proposed method is verified by the differential planning example analysis of real power grid.
