构建核心骨干网架,是进行差异化规划以提高电网抵御自然灾害能力的重要手段.在构建生存性指标体系的基础上,提出了一种线路和节点数最少、生存性综合指标最大的核心骨干网架构建方法,以电网安全运行和网络连通性为约束条件,采用生物地理学优化算法搜索最优骨干网架方案,并与粒子群算法、蚁群算法、遗传算法的搜索结果进行对比分析.算例结果表明所提方法准确有效,且在收敛速度和收敛精度方面有明显的优势.
The construction of core backbone grid is an important means of carrying out differentiated planning to improve the power system's ability of resisting natural disasters.Based on survivabilitv index system,taking network connectivity and the safe operation of power grid as the constraint condition,the paper proposes a method to construct the core backbone grid with the target of the smallest total lines and nodes and the largest integrated survivabilitv index,and uses biogeography-based optimization algorithm to search for the optimal core backbone grid.Through comparison with the search results from particle swarm optimization (PSO),binary ant colony algorithm (BACA),genetic algorithm (GA),it is verified that the method is of fast convergence speed,high convergence precision and effectiveness.
