在流化床中评价了用于甲烷二氧化碳氧化重整制合成气反应的Ni—Al2O3/SiO2催化剂体系(NixAlSi,x代表Al的质量分数,Ni的质量分数为4%)的催化性能.利用XRD,CO2(O2)-TPD,积炭量测定等手段对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,Al2O3的添加促进了Ni金属的分散;增强了对CO2和O2的吸附能力,使催化剂的抗积炭性能得到很大的提高,延缓了催化剂的失活.
The production of syngas from reforming of methane with CO2 and O2 was tested on Ni-Al2O3/SiO2 catalysts which was designated as NixAlSi (the x symbol was the weight percent of Al, and the weight percent of Ni was 4 %) in a fluidized-bed reactor. The catalysts of NixAlSi were characterized by XRD,CO2(O2)-TPD and TG. It was demonstrated that the addition of Al2O3 significantly delayed the deactivation of Ni/SiO2 catalyst and drastically enhanced the ability of anti-carbon deposition, which was attributed to the improving of adsorption ability of CO2 and O2.
