研究了适当的预处理对缩短或消除Mo/HZSM-5催化剂上甲烷芳构化诱导期的作用.甲烷TPSR、甲烷脉冲反应、TPO、TPH等实验结果表明,芳构化反应后的催化剂至少存在着舍氢和不含氢两类积碳物种,其中含氢的活性积碳的是芳构化反应的关键中间步骤.本文认为由于丙烷比甲烷更容易生成这种活性积碳,这就是丙烷能促进甲烷芳构化的原因.
The influence of pre treatment conditions on reducing the induction period of methane aromatization on Mo/HZSM 5 was investigated via methane temperatureprogrammed surface reaction (TPSR), methane pulse reaction, temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO), temperature-programmed hydrogenation (TPH). It was found that there were at least two kind of carbonaceous species, with or without hydrogen formed on the catalyst during CH4-TPSR. The former may be necessary for benzene formation. Propane which is easily decomposed on the surface to form active carbonaceous species, promoted the aromatization of methane.
