Vaccine microparticle nasal drug delivery system is a new non-invasive vaccine delivery system which possesses some advantages, such as extending immunization time, enhancing immune response and elevating patients＇ compliance, This article reviews the mechanism of immunization and normal micreparticle system of the nasal vaccination, and the factors affecting irnrntmizing effectiveness, evaluating method and existing problems for it, so that the strategies and methods for the further investigations are provided.
