英文摘要：
Chitosan microspheres loaded with neurotoxin-Ⅰ were prepared by spray drying technique. The preparation was optimized by orthogonal design. The drug loading was （19.23±0.42） % and yield was （92.1±2.1） %. The in vitro release of neurotoxin- Ⅰ from microspheres fitted to Higuchi equation Q=11.42t1/2-5.89 （r=0.9920）, which indicated the microspheres had sustained-release effect.
