利用过氧化苯甲酰(Benzoyl Peroxide,BPO)可直接氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光的特点,建立了一种流动注射测定面粉中BPO含量的新方法.该方法的线性范围为1.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-5g/mL(相关系数为0.9996),检出限为8.0×10^-8g/mL(σ=3).对浓度为5.0×10^-6g/mL的BPO平行测定11次,相对标准偏差为0.6%.将此应用于自制的便携式微型发光仪上,方法简便快捷、准确可靠,而且易实现仪器的自动化及微型化.该方法已应用于市售面粉的监测.
An accurate, sensitive, rapid determination method for Benzoyl Peroxide (Benzoyl Peroxide, BPO) has been developed. It was based on the chemiluminescence reaction between Luminol and BPO using a home-made mini chemiluminescence instrument. The method showed that the BPO was detected linearly in the concentration range of 1.0 × 10^- 6 ~ 1.0 × 10^- 5g/mL. The detetion limit was 8.0× 10^- 8g/mL(σ = 3). The relative standard deviation( n = 11) was 0.6% for 5.0 × 10^-6g/mL BPO. The proposed method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of BPO in flour on the spot.
