基于在NaOH碱性介质中,铁氰化钾可以直接氧化氨苄西林产生化学发光这一现象,结合气动毛细管微滴进样-化学发光(AFCM—CL)检测技术,提出了一种利用化学发光测定氨苄西林的新方法。该方法测定氨苄西林的线性范围为1×10^-3~0.2g·L^-1,检出限5×10^-4g·L^-1,相对标准偏差3.3%(n=7,c=3×10^-2g·L^-1)。
Ampicillin can be directly oxidized by hexacyanoferrate (Ⅲ) to generate chemiluminescence (CL) signal in sodium hydroxide medium. With a novel aerodynamic force capillary microdrop-injection-chemiluminescence (AFCM-CL) system, ampicillin was detected linearly in the concentration range from 1 × 10 a to 0.2 g · L^-1. The detection limit is 5×10^-4 g ·L^-1 The relative standard deviation is 3.3% at 3×10^-2 g· L^-11 (n=7).
