饲喂不同剂量芡实酒对小白鼠器官指数和血液生化指标的影响进行了分析。结果显示,与空白组相比,饮用中剂量(5 mL/kg体重)芡实酒,可以显著增加小白鼠的包括脾脏、胸腺、肝脏和肾脏等器官指数(P〈0.05)。可显著降低小白鼠血清胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯及葡萄糖含量,显著增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P〈0.05)。与空白组和乙醇组相比,低剂量和中剂量摄入芡实酒不会对小白鼠肝功造成明显损伤;高剂量摄入芡实酒,虽然不会对小鼠肾功能产生负面影响,但有使Urea、UA和CRE等指标增加的趋势。研究表明,适量饮用芡实酒,可在调节小鼠机体免疫力、降低血脂和增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面显示积极作用,芡实酒的日用量以低水平到中等水平较适宜。
The effects of different doses Euryale ferox wine(EFW) feeding on the organ and major physiological and biochemical indices of white mice were investigated in the article. The results showed that, comparing to the blank group, feeding moderate dose of EFW(5 mg/kg bw), the organ indices of mice, involving spleen, thymus, liver and kidneys indices increased notably(P〈0.05), and the serum cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose contents reduced significantly, while the highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol contents increased notably(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group and ethanol group, low and moderate dose feeding of EFW to mice, would not damaged their liver functions. But high dose feeding of wine, would not produce adverse effects to mice kidneys function, but increasing the levels of Urea, UA and CRE of mice. So, the results indicated that moderate consumption of the EFW, some detectable positive roles can be found, such as, in enhancing immunity in mice, reduce blood fat and increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. The results showed that low to moderate level of EFW consumption is more appropriate.
