实验研究了低速条件下吸力面附面层吸除对某高负荷扩压叶栅损失的影响,分析了叶栅出口截面损失和气流角的分布。结果表明,附面层吸除降低了叶栅出口的总损失,并提高了气流的折转能力;吸气位置对损失的影响随吸气量的增大而增大;吸力面采用附面层抽吸对叶展中部区域损失的改善要好于近端壁区。

英文摘要:

The experimental investigation of the effect of boundary layer suction on the loss of highlyloaded compressor cascade in a low-speed situation was carried out, The distributions of the secondary flow vector and flow angle at the cascade outlet were measured and analyzed in detail. The results show that boundary layer suction can significantly decrease the exit loss coefficient and increase the flow turning capacity. The effects of suction locations on the loss are greater as suction flow rate increases. The improvement of the loss near mid-span is greater than near end-wall.
