实验研究了低速条件下附面层吸除对某高负荷扩压叶栅流动及负荷的影响,测量得到了出口二次流速度矢量和型面静压分布,并对壁面做了墨迹流动显示。结果表明,抽吸低能流体有效抑制了分离流动,在分离点后采用较大吸气量时效果更好;吸气量越大,角区低能流体的积聚逐渐减弱,叶栅负荷随之增大,且叶展中部负荷的增加程度大于端部。

英文摘要:

The effects of boundary layer suction on the flow and loading of a highly-loaded compressor cascade in a low-speed situation were investigated experimentally. The distributions of the exit secondary flow vector were measured with a five-hole probe in detail, and static pressure was measured with tapping on the cascade surfaces and ink-trace flow visualization was also conducted. The results show that the flow separation on suction surface are restrained for low-energy flow aspirated, and the improvement is greater near the separation point than after the separation point. As suction flow rate increases, the accumulation of low energy fluid at the suction corner is alleviated, and the cascade load increases, and the increase of the load at mid-span is greater than near end-wall.
