冠心病的无创诊断一直是学者研究的热点,近几年基于心音的冠心病诊断方法相继被提出。该文利用时频变换中的S变换对心音信号进行时频分析,在此基础上,用Renyi熵来度量舒张期心音信号的复杂度,以获取舒张期心音特征来区分正常信号与病理信号。实验结果表明,在S变换下,舒张期心音信号的Renyi熵能很好地区分正常人和冠心病患者。
Non-invasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease has been a hot research,diagnostic methods for coronary heart disease based on heart sounds have been proposed in recent years. In this paper,S-transform is used to analyze heart sound signal,then the Renyi entropy is used to measure the complexity of diastolic heart sound signal based on S-transform so that it can obtain features which could distinguish normal from pathological signals. In this paper,the above methods were used in 15 cases of normal and 15 patients with coronary artery disease,the experimental results show that the Renyi entropy based on S-transform can well distinguish normal from coronary heart disease.
