目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中凋亡抑制基因Survivin蛋白和mRNA表达与鼻咽癌患者预后之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学和原位杂交技术检测44例鼻咽癌患者活检组织标本Survivin蛋白和mRNA表达量,以30例同期鼻咽慢性炎症患者作为对照。结果鼻咽癌患者两者阳性率分别为79.5%、75.0%,明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,且Survivin蛋白与mRNA水平具有很好的一致性;两者任何一项高表达的鼻咽癌患者平均生存时间均低于低表达者（P〈0.01）。结论 Survivin基因的过度表达在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,而且对其预后有重要的临床价值。

英文摘要：

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of apoptotic inhibitor gene survivin protein,mRNA and prognosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods Immunohistochemistry and hybridization in situ technique were used to detect the protein and mRNA expression of survivin in 44 nasopharyngeal carcinoma specimens,and 30 chronic nasopharyngitis patients as the control.Results The positive ratios of protein and mRNA expression of survivin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 79.5% and 75.0% respectively,higher than those of the control group significantly （P0.01）,and there is very good consistency between the two methods.The mean survival time of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with any of the two high expressions is shorter than that of the lower one （P0.01）.Conclusion The over expression of survivin gene plays an important role in the ocurring and developing of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and it will be helpful for the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
