乡镇承载着丰富的自然景观与生态文明，当下国内乡建热潮如火如茶，如何冷静而适度地介入旅游规划值得一议。随着湖北神农架申遗成功，并作为国家公园试点，其尚未开发的东线旅游资源将受到极大重视。本文以EOD（Ecology Oriented Development）模式为核心理念，基于生态优先原则对乡镇景观资源分类分析并挖掘生态服务功能，针对新华镇不同景观类型分别提出景观规划策略，为今后的生态旅游型乡镇的发展建设提供参考。

英文摘要：

Township carrying rich natural landscape resources and ecological civilization, and currently rural construction growing vigorously in China, therefore, it is worth for discussing that how to involve tourism planning into the rural construction, with Shennongjia , Hubei was inscribed to the World Heritage List, and as a new pilot of national parks, its undeveloped eastern tourism resources has got great attention. According to the analysis about the current development of rural tourism and the landscape adaptability of development in Xinhua Town, Shennongjia, this paper bases on the mode of EOD （Ecology Development） and proposes the overall direction of Landscape Planning in Xinhua Town, thus, providing reference for the development of tourism in towns.
