引入生存分析方法对劳动市场性别歧视这一问题进行分析,运用Cox模型结合变量选择分析性别、年龄、学历等因素对求职者的求职影响。比较分析表明:女性在劳动力市场受到歧视的现象确实存在,而且形势较为严峻,在此基础上给出了处理劳动市场性别歧视问题的相关建议。
The problem of the gender discrimination in the labor market was analyzed by the survivalanalysis. The influence of the factors, such as the gender, age, education background, on job applicantswas analyzed by using Cox model and variable selection. The comparison and analysis show the phe-nomenon of women discrimination in the labor market does exist. And some suggestions on solving thegender discrimination problem in the labor market were put forward.
