阐述了计入热变形影响的内燃机主轴承热流体动力润滑分析方法,分别采用不同边界条件结合实例进行了数值仿真比较分析。仿真结果显示,在所采用的任一边界条件下,计入热变形影响因素后轴心运动轨迹均发生很大变化;并且,平均机油流量和一个载荷周期内机油最大压强比未考虑热变形时均明显增加,而一个载荷周期内的最小油膜厚度则明显减小。
Considering thermal deformation effects, the method of analyzing thermo-hydrodynamic lubrication of the main bearing was described, and numerical simulation analysis for an example engine was also given under different boundary conditions. Results of simulation showed, with considering thermal deformation effects, the orbit of journal had a large change under any of these conditions. At the same time, the average flow rate and maximum film pressure in one load cycle were increased evidently for the thermal deformation under these boundary conditions, while the minimum film thickness in one load cycle was decreased.
