为了减轻设计者繁重的坯料形状试错仿真工作,对板料冲压工艺中具有很强实用价值的多边形坯料形状进行了优化设计.采用智能试验设计、移动最小二乘法、自适应优化更新方法构建响应面代理模型,优化多边形坯料形状,并开发了相应优化设计程序.以某汽车侧围内上板实际零件冲压成形为算例,进行了坯料智能设计,并对优化前后的成形效果进行比较.结果表明:优化后的坯料其成形破裂、起皱缺陷明显减少,能够获得较好的成形;文中方法可提高基于响应面代理模型的优化设计效率及精度,有助于提升模具设计智能程度,加快模具设计进程、减少生产成本.
To mitigate the heavy simulation work of error test for blank shape,the polygon blank shape with high practical value in sheet metal forming process was optimized for design.Intelligent experiment design,moving least-square and adaptive updating method were used to establish response surface surrogate model and to optimize polygon blank shape.The corresponding optimization programs were also developed.An actual automobile side wall inner-top panel was taken as polygon blank shape for intelligent design.The optimization forming effect was compared with that without optimization.The results show that the risk of rupture and wrinkling is obviously decreased by optimization with good forming shape.The proposed method can improve efficiency and precision of optimization design with increased intelligent degree,and can speed up die design process with decreased production cost.
