以皮带输送机托辊为研究对象,建立其润滑模型。利用多重网格法,通过改变载荷和速度参数,得到相应的弹流润滑解。结果表明:量纲为一的载荷参数、速度参数和材料参数对压力分布、油膜厚度、二次压力峰大小和最小油膜厚度的影响幅度不尽相同。
Taking the belt conveyor roller as research object, its lubrication model was established. Based on the multi-grid method, by changing the load and speed parameters, the corresponding EHL solutions were obtained. The results show that the effects of dimensionless load parameters, speed parameters and material parameters on the pressure distribution, film thickness, the secondary pressure peak size and the minimum film thickness are different.
