The data organization is the foundation and premise of GIS system construction. With the development of cognition to the geography world, feature-based spatial data model has grown upgradually. Upon the principle theory of the feature-based spatial data organization, the article mainly discussed the related questions of the spatial data organization and its relation expression based on GML3.2. First, it briefly introduced the main concept of GML, and then it elaborated in details the main pattern of GML3.2. Second, it discussed the related principles that need to be noted in the design of the GML application schema. In the end, the paper summarized and discussed the realization path to the object oriented spatial data organization and relation expression based on GML3.2.
